Since AJM Robertson Consulting formed 20 years ago, I have developed a proven track record in senior interim management, transformation consultancy and leadership development with clients across public & private sectors. With over 25 years’ experience across senior leadership and consultancy roles, I’ve worked with professionals at all levels to help them communicate clearly, think confidently, and perform under pressure. Having held senior roles and sat on interview panels, I **understand what employers and hiring managers are really looking for** — and where many candidates can go wrong. Alongside this, professional photography means I can also **support how you present yourself visually,** giving you a more complete and consistent professional presence. I bring extensive experience in developing interview, presentation and communication skills with a practical and focused approach. Rather than generic advice, I help you **structure your thinking, practise your answers, and build confidence in how you come across.** Our aim at Articulate Coaching is simple: To help you present yourself at your best when it matters.
